In cooperation with the MENA Academic Platform with funding from Save the Children, members of the platform participated in a training course on the baseline study, as the baseline study in development projects is considered to determine the status of the target group before implementing the project’s activities and interventions after formulating its logical framework to be a basis for measuring progress and achievement in the project and the impact at the end of the project. In this course, the participants embarked on a research trip through which they learned about research for action and how to design, implement baseline research and studies for development projects. As a conclusion of the training, the participants left the platform with a vision about the future activities that can be implemented, their purpose, the stakeholders and influencers, and their role in the success of these activities. The training took place in August 2022 through the MENA academic platform.
